Sit ups constantly. Be sure to go in a rolling formation so you can get them all.

Crisscross, Mountain Runner and so on.. But Keep in your mind that what You eat is more important than what You Do
You can do 1000 sit-ups a day but if You always eat Pizza and so on..
Try to eat clean, no fastfood and enough Vitamins and keep Training => the Abs will come theirselves
