Which is the fastest way to remove cellulite from legs and butt?

Ive the same poblem, but with combining what the other comment i suggest. When showering scrub the area, and lotion with cocoa butter or any other cream. It will take some time to see results, but it's a try

What kind of diet?  I'm not fat, I just had some problems with my health and because of that I have cellulite.. I am a swimmer and I eat a healthy food, mainly..

Cellulite is actually a mass of adipose cells (fat cells ) classics, but the storage capacity is saturated.
The most important  is to reduce the consumption of sugar "fast" high glycemic power
The cardio will often simply remove the fat in easily accessible areas like the chest ...

Fat cells which are the most difficult cellulite are to be retrieved : indeed they need to be bombarded by a large amount of adrenaline . Small receptors on their surface are saturated and then respond by releasing their contents ... It is that bodybuilding is definitely the best way to produce the required flow

To conclude. Diet and combine cardio and musculation. 
It is hard to translate what i want to say. 
Nutrition is my speciality.
