New and need help staying on track
Hi I'm new to this I just finished my first workout and I'm still out of breath. I want to lose weight to be a healthier me but it has become very difficult because I work in Healthcare and they have food everywhere that I can eat it. I need help on staying on track.
You have to stay disaplin...pick one day a week to eat what you want
Yea that's true but you ever catch yourself trying to lie on that so it makes you feel better
