New and need help staying on track

Hi I'm new to this I just finished my first workout and I'm still out of breath. I want to lose weight to be a healthier me but it has become very difficult because I work in Healthcare and they have food everywhere that I can eat it. I need help on staying on track.

You have to stay disaplin...pick one day a week to eat what you want

I hear ya! It's hardest to diet when you're always offered free food. I've found that it helps to log every single thing that you put in your mouth. It helps you stay focused on your weight loss goal and you're more conscious of what you're eating

Yea that's true but you ever catch yourself trying to lie on that so it makes you feel better
