Hey guys. I've got a question. And that is What to eat before you go bed?
I'm on a workout system and diet to gain weight/muscle. I know that creatine is always the recommended. But that's way too expensive for me now. So, is there any food that can replace it or do it for me and my objectives?
Currently I'm taking regular protein (Whey), so should I replace it for some other thing more complex without having any 'collateral damage' to my body later?
Casien is the recommended protein for night time growth and if the powder is expensive for you try downing a liter of low fat milk that's what I do even though the price ends up same at the end the only difference being powders come directly from my allowance
