Pulled a muscle?
Ok so I just finished a work out around 10-15 minutes ago and I'm getting this sharp long pain in the inner part of my thigh when ever I walk. Is it possible that I pulled a muscle? I'm not sure.
I doubt it. I would say its a good thing... Its just "the burn"
That happens to a lot of people, myself included. When I first started working out more often, my arms and legs hurt A LOT when I was finished. But the next day, I did a workout again. It still hurt, but I was glad I did it. I kept working out consistently, and eventually, it didn't hurt as much. So I pushed myself a little harder. I'm really new to all of this, but that's just my experience. :P
