Congrats!! I gave birth 8 months ago and I continued pretty much the same workouts I did before I was pregnant. The only things I avoided were exercises that required me to lay on my back. My midwife said if I was active before i could continue doing the same things as long as my heart rate didn't get too high. Of course check with your doctor because everyone is different. Good luck! PS do kegal exercises! It'll help get that baby out quickly :)
