I am new at this and have no idea where to start. Can anyone suggest me what food to eat and how to workout in a busy schedule? Thnx
My goals is to lose weight, increase my upper and lower body stretch and be more flexible, and also increase my height. If any one can help me fullfill these goals that will be great.
