Heyyy champs! :) I'm going on an outreach monday for 3 weeks and won't be able to work out!! I don't want to throw my hard work up to now in the water! Please what can I do? ■

There is always time if you can even a 5 minute work out done multiple times will work hope tgis helps

No such thing Jennifer. I have a v busy day and i could easily include more than enough squats and push ups to wipe me out throughout the day

Great book called "You are your own gym.". An encyclopedia of body weight workouts, and helps you create a program very easily I might add.

You have to go to the bathroom, do some jumping jacks or some squats, you can run everywhere or just walk really fast. Walk up stairs, before you go to sleep do some Glute bridges on your bed, at least it is something. good Luck!,
