Meaning for colors in muscles section?

I noticed on the Exercises section, on the sub category: Muscles, they are divided by colors. What do these colors (orange and blue) mean?

Blue is compound movements and red is isolation movements.

Thank you very much. Now, I wonder... What are compound movements vs isolation movements? ^^' I can search online, but I guess compound involves the group of muscles that correspond , or make up that part of the body. Thank you very much for your answer. :)

It was really very interesting to know about the colors in muscles section. I was unaware about the meaning of any color in muscle section.
