Belly fat!!!!!

Hi everyone, I am a newbie and I have a big 'belly fat' at the bottom of my belly. I find any time I workout I fell the top part of my stomach contracting and getting flatter. I am worried that it maybe too late to tone my belly and it might turn into extra skin. Help please!!!! Are there any exercise you can recommend of this workout app (the isnt pro)!!!!!

To burn your belly fat away there are three things you must do: cardio, ab workouts, and a healthy diet. Go on a run at least 2 times a week for starters, or if you don't like running, try swimming, boxing, or any other form of cardio. Cardio and diet work together to burn fat. To define your abs, do a series of different core workouts every other day throughout a week. When doing this, make sure you know what each workout is supposed to work. Sit ups and crunches work the upper and mid abs, leg lifts and flutter kicks work lower abs, and so on. Note that ab workouts tone your belly, not burn fat. In other words, you can't do a whole bunch of crunches and expect to lose belly fat. You need cardio and a healthy diet. Keep at this for a good 2 months before checking for results. Thank you so much I will try to do more cardio when I am exercising. One more question. I am going to start going to the gym. Is there any gym equipment that will help me with belly fat or mimic s cardio!!!!! thanks

For your cardio, try the eliptical machine or a treadmill. For abs, try adding weights to your sit ups, v-ups-, etc.

Personally, I'm in favor of daily abs workout plus all the rest, so you will strengthen your ab muscles and give a boost in your goal.
