Bad back pains. 24/7

07 Jan
It may be caused by bad posture. That happens to me. Check on Google to see if ur posture is good or not. It can be caused by ur head leaning forward ur ass stick out and other things. U might even be hunched. Other than that it could also be from sitting Down or lying around too much, putting pressure on ur back especially lower. Do workouts and stretches to strengthen ur back. If none of these work go get it professionally checked. Is it lower or upper back pain.

I've been in the serving business for almost 30 years, my back, my knees, my elbows are all shot, since I started walking, exercising and eating better I do feel more flexible, more energized and not so much in the pain, I love stretching, stick to it, it'll help

I'd suggest you to visit a doctor.
