Fatigue and weakness

Since I started doing workouts this week I feel tired and when we have PE its harder to me to do squats, push ups, or climb a pole. Is it because I do workout every morning and than I don't have enough energy? Or because the workout is too intense? Thank for advice :)

Takes time to adjust and the more you push yourself the longer it seems to be...but keep moving and hydrated is best advice! Just remember its doing you good :-)

Your body will get used to the increased activity & adjust.. It takes time depending on your muscle endurance so you just need to grit your teeth & push through it. 
It's totally normal for anyone though
