What to excercise? ■

Heyyy Skimble friends! :) I just want to know, what do you excercise from monday-saturday?
Example: Monday: legday
Tuesday: arms etc.
Hope you can help me! ■

Monday: Back
Tuesday: Legs
Wednesday: Rest
Thursday: Arms and Shoulders
Friday: Chest
Saturday: Abs and Core
Sunday: Full Body

Been staying on that schedule for 2 weeks, and it has worked for me so far...

No problem ;) I only take 1 day rest because I'm very serious about losing weight and I commit to it everyday. Make sure to count up your calories you intake and how many calories you burn off using MyFitnessPal. Enjoy! :)

Saturday  (that's when my gym week starts) : shoulders and leg day
Sunday :chest and back
Monday : arms and abs
Tuesday : shoulders and legs
Wednesday : chest and back
Thursday : arms and abs
That's my routine there hope this helps :)

The amazing thing about working out is there are so many variations you can do! 
Right now I'm doing an all over body workout everyday using all muscle groups. In the past I've done single muscle groups like the ones already on here. My favorite though is tri-groups coz it allows you to have cardio which is useful for 'heavy set' body types like mine

Look up Craig Capurso's 30 day to shred program. Really worked for me

Sunday: arms, shoulders and abs
Monday: back and abs
Tuesday: off
Wednesday: cardio optional rest
Thursday: chest and abs
Friday: legs and abs
