I'm an ex British Marine Commando injurred in Afghanistan I'm trying my hardest to loose the weight I have gained over the past 30 months due to have multiple leg reconstructive surgery so running bike and so on out of the question please help cheers guys and gals

Look up "Red Delta Project" it's all about calisthenics
