Loose skin

I am not consistently doing my workouts and diet routine Big shocker but i have noticed that alot of skin has gradually become looser and it has goten to the point that it hangs, is there any specific workouts or things i can do to target these areas? (Arms, legs, and stomach)

One thing that helps is to drink plenty of water to help skin elasticity. Another is resistance or strength training. Don't worry you want get big and bulky but the toned muscle should help to fill in some of the skin.
