Running. Training for a half marathon!!

I run outside a lot and I have been told many times how bad running is for my knees. I want to protect them but I don't know what type of shoes or gear I should use.

Do you have any troubles with your knees or do you have pain after runnunig? If not, everything is fine. Just go to a store and buy a good pair of shoes. They will advise you.

Def invest in good shoes - go to a store that will evaluate your form and spend some time finding the right shoes for you.  For some friends that might actually have some running advice, you might consider joining a running group or track club to run with. There are groups everywhere. Enjoy!

If possible, buy to different pair of shoes. You will need more shoes if you run frequently and it's good to change them, cause every shoe is little different and it's better for your feet and legs.
