Hey guys, how do you check the calories you have burned from each workout? Is there such an option?
They're simply estimated, don't trust the numbers.
Anyway you could check them: when viewing your profile, tap on "History" (above line, in the middle) and then tap a certain workout to know approximately how much calories you have burned doing it. But those numbers depend mainly on the duration of the workout I think, so if it has been yoga they're overestimated, if weightlifting the other way around.
