It seems like every time I've worked out for the last couple weeks my acid reflex kicks in like crazy, and Tums have never been such a close buddy of mine, haha. Is the a way any of you know that could fox this? Is it that I'm eating too much before working out, lack of hydration, or something of the like?
It could be what your eating. I eat a ton of spicy food, so sometimes I feel it when I work out. But yes hydration can be the cause. Make sure you don't eat a heavy meal an hour before working out, some people with more sensitive stomachs should wait 2 hours.
