Hello, I am new here and would love to have a bigger butt. I am Latina but I'm only half so I don't really have a big butt. I would like to just have a bigger butt, but without using weights. Also, how long would it take? Thank you for your help.

Hi Samantha, that's what i wanna do too .squats r good , donkey whips. If u search on workouts on here u will be able to find workouts for specific parts or full body . U can find workouts for the butt. U can also search for butt aswell on the workout section :-) hope this helps.

Mix cardio and basics. Running, bike, or push ups, crunches, sit ups, pull ups, etc.  Mix it up using these apps.  You won't need weights. Your own body can provide the resistance.  The military has trained this way for years and it works.  But you have to stick with it and control your food intake.  Don't sabotage a good workout by eating poorly.  Good luck.
