Mix cardio and basics. Running, bike, or push ups, crunches, sit ups, pull ups, etc. Mix it up using these apps. You won't need weights. Your own body can provide the resistance. The military has trained this way for years and it works. But you have to stick with it and control your food intake. Don't sabotage a good workout by eating poorly. Good luck.
