Can I add other workouts anywhere? I teach a Zumba class 3xWeek and also some days just want to do my own thing for a workout so it's not necessarily through Skimble, but I'd like to add it so I can keep track of my workouts and progress to meet my goals. Is there a way to do this?
Yeah you could just create a workout, add a custom exercise called 'zumba'... Set it for 45 mins or whatever, then add another custom exercise called 'finish' for 5 seconds.
This way, when you want to log the workout, 'do' the workout, skip the first exercise, and then skimble won't let you skip the last exercise... which is why we add a five sec finish exercise to every workout we might want to just use for skip-logging.
Wow, wish I knew that. I workout in the gym 4-5 times a week, (I also work there) lifting weights mostly but also the occasional zumba, yoga or aqua class. Didn't know I could track it in here so I seem inactive when I open this app. Thanks!
