Unable to access my programs online

I purchased the Pro+ membership on my phone, but when i log online, it still keeps asking me to go pro and won't let me see my programs

Hi Latanya, I'm not seeing Pro+ associated with your account, nor am I seeing any charges. Would you please forward a copy of your receipt to support@skimble.com so we can look into this? Thanks!
