What other exercise can I do other than running? Would jump roping be the same as running? Or what other exercise can I do..
Can someone please suggest a workout schedule. I'm just looking for a schedule that helps guides me on what body part to do that day. I've been searching but none are what I'm looking for. Thanks:)
Yes, jump rope is a great cardio exercise. Also burpees, circle training, biking.
What id your goal? Nobody can help you with a schedule, as long as we don't know what you want. Do you want to run longer/faster? Do you want to lose weight or gain muscles? Do you want to tone your body? How much time do you have to do your workouts (hours per day and days per week).
Think about this first. It's important!
