Try doing the workouts on this app, I mean , the app is made for it . Also eat well, try to stay away from fast foods, and sugar, even though everyone has sugar everyday , and to maintain a flat stomach don't have too much of sugar . Also avoid vitamin water xD it is basically water and sugar with flavoring (avoid !). Hope I helped . Also have a great day and make 2015 your year !
