Please help me delete my account. I tried the Delete your account button under Account Settings but received the message "Your account has a lot of history. Please contact support to verify you want to delete your account." I've emailed support@skimble.com with my request 3 times over the past several weeks with no response. Is there another place I should be making this request?

I have an account, but I can't get the work out videos to play on my computer.  Am I doing something wrong, or do I have to be on the PRO+ plan. Please help.

You should be able to play any non PRO workouts. The best workout experience is in Workout Trainer for Android or iOS, but you should be able to play workouts by tapping the play icon overlayed on the workout image when viewing the details page for the workout (and then press play on the workout player screen). Does nothing happen? What browser and browser version are you using?

Hi, the app won't connect to my Samsung Galaxy watch. It just can't find it, even though it is connected to my s health app. Also, I did an incomplete workout and it did not log any of it. Is it supposed to be like that or is that a glitch?

Did you download the Workout Trainer for Samsung Galaxy watch app? And when you quit the workout without completing it, did you select the option to log the session? If you are part way through a workout you should be prompted to log it when you cancel out. Alternatively, you can always log a session you have completed from the workout details page.

Good afternoon Team. Yesterday and this morning we were without an internet connection which resulted in me not being able to log the programmes which I have used. I have tried the offline approach but that was no good either. Can you please advise as to whether there is a way? Thank you.

If you download a workout you want to do before having no internet connection, then you should be able to complete it offline. Afterwards you will be able to upload your saved offline sessions from the home tab. There will be a 'sync' menu option visible in the upper right of the screen.

Are Fitbit devices compatible with the HRM sync function in this app? My Fitbit charge 2 won’t seem to connect.

Sorry, but Fitbit does not allow us to directly connect to their devices via Bluetooth for Heart Rate data, so we cannot support them. We support Polar, Wahoo and any other bluetooth HRM chest straps that broadcast their HR data as well as Apple Watch on iOS.

I have purchased pro some time ago and have been charged every month. I have yet been able to use pro. How can I access this feature? Each time I try to open, it prompts me to purchase again

I wanted this to work so bad. I like the free workouts so I purchased the PRO a very long time ago and have been charged monthly. To date, I have not been able to access what I purchased and have not received a response to solve the issue. Can somebody help me? Each time I try to do one of these workouts, I am prompted to buy it again. What’s up??

How do I find my downloaded workouts, so I can follow the workout without service?

From the left side navigation, go to 'Workouts' then there should be a tab of your 'Offline' ones.

Yet again we had WiFi off air, and religiously tried to follow instructions regarding a workout from my offline store and yes, you’ve guessed it, absolutely nothing regarding retaining programme for logging.

Had you previously selected 'download' for the workout? Are you actually completing the workout offline and just need to sync it afterwards? Sorry about the issue but perhaps we just need some more details to figure out what is going on. If you can email a screenshot to support showing where the exact problem is that would help.

When synching offline workouts, the heart rate data are not saved. Only a part is visible in the details.
It happened to different users and also to me. Check last workout I did on May 22nd: Logan.
No HR data summary, but analysing the session, the avg bpm is visible.

Ok, thanks for reporting this - we will take a look and see if we can reproduce. If there is a bug, there is still a slight chance that the data is still on your device and we may be able to get it uploaded still, but not sure yet. How long did you wait to try to sync after saving offline?

Less than a minute. At the end of the workout I've seen a message telling me that the workout could not be uploaded and that it will be saved. And then when I was back on the home page, I synchronized.

yes maybe it was just a little disconnection at the end of the workout. Then internet was there again

Ok, just want to make sure there isn't a different issue to look into :-) FYI, we have reproduced this issue and luckily your data has been saved, but there was a minor formatting error that we can work around. In the next update (soon) it should start appearing again.

Another bug:
When you create a workout, select exercice and tap on the 40s duration, it always place 45s instead.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S10+ and Galaxy S3 Frontier.  After I started a workout on my phone. The app crashes at 51 seconds. I tried two different workouts and they both crashed at 51 sec. I closed my app on my S3 and it still crashed, after another workout restart. I then restarted my phone and attempted to start another workout again, samething happened.

I unintalled the app on my phone and reinstalled it. It is now working.

Ok, glad it is now working for you! We will take a look and see if any crash logs came through and please let us know if it starts happening again.

How do you cancel the subscription?? I've tried going via the advice and I must be doing something wrong because it won't let me cancel. Can some one help please??

It appears that you subscribed via Google Play, so you should be able to cancel from inside there. There is a link to Manage your subscription from the settings page in the app and it should take you to Google Play. If you need more help please email support. Thanks!

It appears you signed up for 1:1 training with a Personal Trainer which is not included in the PRO+ subscription. Please email support to resolve this because it appears the trainer has been already creating workouts for you and if you do not want to continue using their services before the end of the billing cycle we will have to figure out what is fair for them.

Hi, I had a free trial subscription for a 1:1 trainer for 1 month starting 30th May'19. I have been charged full subscription on 6th June'19 without my consent. Hope you would appreciate that this is not fair & the transaction would be reversed. regards, Dibyajyoti

All of the 1:1 Personal Training services are either a 3 or 7 day free trial maximum, so there must have been some confusion there. The trainer you signed up with offers a 7 day trial. Additionally, for 7-day free trials we send an email reminder 3 days before the free trial is up as a courtesy. As I said please contact support since we will have to do a pro-rated refund since you cancelled after the free trial ended.
