I do yoga and pilates videos 5 days out of the week. Plus the 2 workouts through this program. Is there anyway I can get credit for the video workouts on either here or S Health?
Create your own workout, you can make it detailed, with all the exercises, or just make one long exercise called 'making Pilates video' or whatever. I recommend always adding on one last 5 second exercise (5 is the minimum) so when you want to just log a workout you've already done, you can skip all the way to the last exercise and only have to wait five seconds.
