Any tips... any at all for syncing with S Health? I have tried to allow all possible settings to let these two apps communicate, and still nothing. Tried to contact Samsung, and they said the apps won't sync, despite the fact that Skimble says they will and the S Health app has Skimble listed as a partner app. I use other apps with S Health that synced immediately and work seamlessly. I have tried to contact Skimble support and have gotten nothing. no response. no help. Why am I paying for Pro+ if there's no customer service to figure out how to do what they advertise the app will do.....?
Open your s health ap, go to your edit page. From there you can sync both apps together
Thanks for the feedback. I'm just not sure what the "edit" page is. The only place I have an "edit" button is with regard to my personal information - name, gender, weight, etc... In my S Health settings, under "data permissions", when I select Workout Trainer, it is set to on and I have given permission to allow Workout Trainer to write to S Health. And in that "data Permissions" section, I also have settings to permit other apps to write to S health, and those all work. I wonder if we have different versions of S Health because we have different devices? (I have a galaxy 6). I think I've clicked on everything I can find in S Health and have set all the settings I can to allow Workout Trainer to sync, and in Workout trainer I have it selected to Sync with S Health under the Settings menu. The one problem I have had is in Workout Trainer - under "Social Connections," there is a an option for Samsung that says "Sync with S Health" - when I choose connect, it always says there is an error. So I have no idea what the problem is, but from all I can tell, it's a problem with Workout Trainer; at least, that's the only thing that's giving me any error message. And, again, Workout Trainer hasn't taken the time to help, so there's no other way for me to know.
However, if there is another "edit" area in S Health that I'm missing, I'd love to know!
The only other thing I can think of is to try re-installing skimble. The two programs synced automatically for me on my Galaxy S5.
Also, it looks like the latest update for S Health occurred on 12/3/15, so double check that you downloaded the update. I hope it works out for you.
