I need a partner in order to achieve my goals. I'm big in size but I have a big belly and I have some kilos too. I really want to have a muscular body without fat. Please I need help.

We can follow each other and you can ask me any training questions that you may have. I am doing an Insanity challenge with some of my clients so that's what most of my workouts are for the time being. The keys are to surround yourself with positive people with relative goals and make sure that you are consistent with your training, nutrition, and recovery.... cherod

hello, thank you for responding quickly. in fact I am new here so I would need to be helped .I dream to have the body you have but for this I really need your help. I do not know how it works to work with another person. I hope I'm not exaggerating. I am 1m95 and I have 110 kilos

when your motivation falters, we have to develop a heightened level of dedication for you to push through the low points. Most everyone has them. It's ok to make someone else your target, but once your get to their level, aspire to be better than them. I see nothing wrong with that mentality. Let's get it!!!
