I need information abt L carnitine shots on fat areas like for exemple to burn stubborn abs fat. It is safe? Need ur opinions!
Does this really work? I mean, do the metabolites get in your system? And does a higher dosage also means more fat cell get metobalised for energy? I can easily see it needing the right pathways for it to work. Or it having to connect to other thing for it to have affect.
I am always a bit skeptic. Why not opt for a higher amino acid intake? I'm not sure which amino acids it gets broken down from. But would a higher intake of those not have a higher succes chance?
