Belly work out for beginners?

Planks do a lot also if you have a ball do ab workouts on those it strengthens your core a lot. Im working on the same thing and eat right stay away from carbs, processed foods and sugars

Do lots of cardio workouts as well. There are tons on here to choose from and they will definitely slim down your body if you keep at it.

How many hours do I need a cardio work outs and do I need to do it everyday?

Well I recently just started morning cardio, but I usually start off Hiit Me with a Carbo Burn (7mins of running/walking). Throw in a few of the shorter cardios together if you're beginning like me. I do it everyday so I can train my body. 5 days a week should be good for beginning. I'd say about 15mins-1hour of morning cardio depending on how intense the workouts are. I only do about 15-20mins cos I like it with very high intensity.
