Cardio is the best fat burner. A good rule of thumb 30 minutes of cardio (more or less depending on the intensity).

Also, try challenging your core (abs, hips, lower back, and butt) in different ways. Your entire core is interconnected so if any of the areas listed above are weak it will make your stomach stick out.
