Abs - Plank (full, elbow, spiderman, side), 
crunch variations (regular, 90-90, double, oblique, vertical), Russian Twists, V-ups, Hanging Leg Raises, leg lifts, scissors
Chest - Chest Press, Bench Press (incline, decline, regular), Push-up variations (regular, tricep, diamond)
Arms - bicep curl, tricep extension, tricep kickback, tricep dips, hammer curls, push-up variations 
Shoulders - dumbell flies, forward rows, plank
Glutes/Legs - squat variations (regular, jumps, plié, wide, narrow, holds), lunge variations (forward, backward, side, curtesy), bridge pose, lying leg lifts, lying leg circles, lying leg kicks, glute kickbacks (donkey kicks), glute circles (donkey whips), fire hydrants, glute combo kickback, supermans
Back - back extensions (on ground and on stability ba), plank variations, supermans
