Most ppl, the biggest challenge is getting down to the minimal body fat percentage you need to reveal those abs. It ain't ever easy or quick otherwise we'd all have six packs and nobody would be impressed.
Strict nutrition plan, cardio exercise. Actually working the ab muscles is important but probably the easiest part of getting abs.
2 get noticeable abs you first have to do hard work two loose all to most of your body fat, which im assuming it won't be a difficult for you. Anyways try doing 50 bicycles, 40 curl ups, 30 scissors, 20 iron butterflys/bears & a 10 minute plank hold.
