My time is not worth when sick!! Dammm flu!!

Hydrate:-) I drink apple cider vinegar lemon water to stay healthy 3 tteaspoons and squeeze a slice lemon..to 12 ounces water:-)builds immune system,brightens skin whites teeth as well as many other benefits..get well!God bless

So you simply mix that combination together of water to three spoonfuls of apple cider vinegar and lemon? What all does it do, if I may ask?

I offer u drink with hot tea with honey everyday night .I do samething. I havent sick longtime cuz I use hot tea honey everyday nite wont sick smile. ...
