I am skinny. I'd like to get more toned. What should I eat and what kind of excersizes should I do?
Protien shakes, try to get more protein in ur diet and I work out my core and arms mostly. I'll do my legs periodically because I played soccer so I'm good there lol
Start doing resistance training. Weightlifting or bodyweight strenght ortientated exersises. Next to this eating some more could help aswell.
