It takes time to build the muscle for your '6 pack abs.' Core/abdominal workouts should help. Multiple abdominal strength exercises, over time will get you there. Your abs are great like they are. But if you would like more definition, this should work, remember OVER TIME. Remember, also, allow recovery time between intense or concentrated strength workouts. Female abs should not look like male abs.
