Abs are so hard to get thats the reason I work on them everyday but is taking so long to get them lol but not giving up!!!

As always, I recommend SD3's Bunches of Crunches. If you haven't done it already, it does a great job. I would also recommend doing George C's Plankology 30 day challenge; it does a good job of beating you up. However, you do have a nice tummy and shouldn't have far to go to get where you want.

Belly and thighs are the last to go when it comes to fat loss. Just keep on track and include balanced strength and cardio in your program. Strength at least 3 times a week, allowing recovery between workouts. Cardio can be done every day alternating light and intense days.

It takes time to build the muscle for your '6 pack abs.' Core/abdominal workouts should help. Multiple abdominal strength exercises, over time will get you there. Your abs are great like they are. But if you would like more definition, this should work, remember OVER TIME. Remember, also, allow recovery time between intense or concentrated strength workouts. Female abs should not look like male abs.
