Hey mates, I have been trying to get a little more definition to my stomach areas. Now I workout but I'm not the 5 times a week, an 1 hr you're of guy. Now recently me and some friends have started dancing. We want to learn belly dancing and we have been trying we just wing it and have fun. But does anybody have any advice that would help we already watch YouTube videos.
