Abs and squats
Hello, To increase speed for getting abs, is it better to perform prisoner squats after crunches, leg raises and mountain climber, or before?
One more question when i perform prisoner squats is it much better to get down into squit without getting up and down again each time?
I don't think the order really matters, whatever works for you as long as you're putting in work. Keep in mind to watch what you eat as well.
