Abs without back pain

Anyone know of very good exercises that gives you 6 pack very fast but without the back pain that exercises such as crunches.. leg raises, give?

Pressing your lower back into the floor when doing crunches and leg lifts should eliminate back pain and make the exercises more effective. If you still have a problem put you hands under your tail bone. Other than that, mountain climbers and planks shouldn't hurt your back.
