I am 5'0 and weigh 94 lbs. I've been trying to tone my stomach. I have been speed walking uphill while also doing arm excercises and crunches. I seem to be losing weight but not my potbelly! What am I doing wrong? Any advice on meal plans and excercises?
You can't control where on the body you lose fat, you can only control where you gain muscles. Just continue dieting and working out. (don't do to extreme diets or you'll lose muscles and that's not very healthy)
