Steps to get abs
Like one - you are the fat guy:
1: start a weight training program. Full body 3 times a week.
2. Do cardio and core work 3 tines a week on your rest days.
3. Get on a diet. High protein. Low carbs. (Relative to a normal diet. I loke to go 40% carbs 30% protein and 30% fat.
Eat for a 500-1000kcal deficit a Day fore 1-2 pounds a week.
4. Do this for a year's time.
5. Injoy your 6pack
Line two: you are the skinny one.
1. start a weight training program. Full body 3 times a week.
2. Get on a diet. 45% carbs 25% protein 30% fat and eat 500kcal surplus every Day for sone leanmuscle gains
3. Do this a years time and watch your abs and muscles grow
4. If needed do the fat guy Line.
