I'm up at 5:30am and workout at 6am and again after work 4:30pm

Good Morning!!! I would love to be your workout buddy......I workout at 5am eastern till 7am......then i workout in the afternoon.......6-8pm

I do all AB workout on this app I have one more week of pland workout this recommending for me and then I will do what I want. You are 3hr a head off me how would you like to work that out

Same here. Wake up 5:30 for a run, usually between 8-12km. After work martial arts. Work out at home after 21:00
