Im having the hardest time. Losing my lower belly. I only have a half a pack lol. Can anyone help me?
Diet as said...eat like a cave man every 2 hrs a small amount.
Keep a diary on an app or pen and paper keeping calories below 1900 and low in fats as your eating throughout day you shouldn't really get hungry...but takes getting used too
It's actually also said to make breakfast your biggest meal (between half and 3/4 of your calorie intake
