Trying to gain my lower abs

I've always been a very athletic person. But I could never get my lower abs to fall into place. But over the pass 2yrs I really lacked off. Now I'm really tryna get them back. I've been running doing ab workouts here and there.

It's so hard to get them I've been working my ass off. They say the top ones cone first then you start seeing the others later .. just good diet and workout ..good luck

Keep at it, Janay. Cardio, your food intake and core focus 3-4 days a week.
