Get a body transplant!
To get rock hard abs you'll need to get below 8% bodyfat and that's pretty hard.
What are your current fitness lvl? I suppose you are pretty new (or you whouldn't ask this type of question) so chances are you don't even have enought muscle to get a good definition on your abs. So I suggest you spend the next 6-12 months bulking up on a good weight training program and then cut down with about 250g-500g/week till you like how your abs look :)
