Hello everyone! Today is my first time join Pro+ and I tried this program 6 Pack Toned Abs! Feel so good! I hope to get 6 packs!!

Hi welcome to skimble!! This is a great app to help start by the way. We are all here to help so if you have any questions or just want to talk, head to the community. WoA Abs are important, but they are not the only muscle in the body. Don't just work out your "mirror muscles". I know that with effort and consistency YOU can get stronger.
