I am an IT professional, almost 12 hrs of my day passed by sitting on chair. I used to be a basketball player back. But now I really worried about my started growing tummy and my shape and strength? Gym doesn't work for me... Kindly suggest what should follow to get back my lost strength and shape? ??
I hardly eat processed food. As I'm an Indian, I mostly have home made food like rice, chicken, fish, vegetables, bread, roti, milk, curd and so on... I not much fond of fruits though. ..
