Be carefull what you eat.. You can do as much sport as you can but it won't change that much if you dont eat healthy. For example its better to eat only 3 or 4 times a day and between these meals you should wait 4 hours. I dont know what else i could tell you because i dont know how you eat which sport you do and so on

I have sport every day in my home and running 5km in end week and eat 3 time every day few and fast 2 day in week

Try to open up ur body first... Jogg regularly... Watch what you eat... Eat less but eat nutritious and do not eat junk.. Have a lot of antioxidents in your diet

thanks now i have 70kg i lost 5kg in two months age is it good please tell me.

It is good... Good going.. As long as u dont over exert it is good...what is your running duration and frequency
