Pec-flys (incline/flat), 180 degree Twisting DB bench, fwd leaning dips, close grip weighted pushups, close-grip bench press, cable crossovers, DB press (incl/decl/flat) with rotations, low pulley cable crossovers.. Go check out  my collection for "CHEST" and also "CHEST" under my Iron Gym collection. Lower body fat percentage will create more pronounced line faster but you have to build mass first and foremost. More muscle mass on your chest and a low enough bodyfat percentage.

 

You need to create progressive overload on your chest to keep hypertrophy occur over a prolonged period of time.

You create progressive overload by letting your chestmuscle(s) work harder.

 

1. Heavier weights/higher intensity (main focus imo togher with more volume)

2. More volume. Doing more sets. Bench more times in the week.

3. More volume. Adding extra supporting exercises in your routine.

4. Lower bodyfat.
