Hello everyone, I'm kinda new to this and wanted to reach out to get some advice. I'm an African American female that loves my curves. I have an hour glass figure. Wanted to know if it's possible to flatten my stomach without losing weight. Is there a way to target my core without losing my curves.

Unfortunately, there is no such thing as spot-fat-removal. When you lose fat, it tends to leave the body evenly. But you could try doing glute exercises to build up muscle to replace the fat.
