I have a wee pot belly and I just can't seem to shift it anyone able to help x

I also wouldn't worry too much it's natural for women. A lot of women lose it by going on slim Down shakes.

Drink lots of water! Eight glasses a day if you can. Reduce your sodium intake (it just bloats you), increase cardio and fibre intake, and finally do core workouts that shape up your tummy and your lower back.

I agree. But do the core immediately after your cardio. Also try for in a plank or two during cardio!

You may also want to have your cortisol, TSH, estrogen levels checked. You look great spittle belly is ok.
